If I could put a no star, I would. This atty is the worst. Didn’t have much experience in family court. Lost what i gained for a trail date. Then he thought he would walk away with all the deposit I gave him. He over exaggerated what he did in 15 mins and had continued to want to take my money. He has refused to provide me the contract I signed and refuses to give me what is owed. A good attorney doesn’t need to steal money from a single mother. DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM

My case was pertaining to the application of permanent residence and did this under premium processing. Signed my retainer in September 2024. Began application process. First submission in November 2024. Filing fee discrepancies an application was returned and resubmitted. The application was returned again for another incorrect application fee.
