I bought expensive chairs there they all peeled. They would not honor fixing it. One of the worst furniture stores I’ve ever encountered. Do not go there.
Lucky me that when I called Roche Bobois Aventura for the first time a few months ago Marco answered the phone. As I do not reside close to the Aventura location, Marco has been instrumental in assisting me to order furniture from afar. He is easy to work with, has a great attitude, on point recommendations, and his diligence and follow-up has made the process enjoyable. I highly recommend Roche Bobois; we have been pleased with every piece we have acquired and when in Aventura, ask for Marco.
What a scam ordered a bar april 15 2023 was told 8-10 weeks. Here we are 32 weeks later and no one at this organization has any idea where my furniture is or when it will be in. They gladly took my money at the time of purchase but have not delivered the product.
