Terrible company. The furniture was good decades ago - now the designs are awful, sans a few pieces and those pieces are absurdly overpriced. Bought a $14k couch from them a year and a half ago and I didn't read the fine print. Returned it with no refund and got a store credit. I have contacted over a dozen designers and have been unable to sell this credit for even 40% of the value - that's a pretty good indication of how overpriced and cruddy this entire brand is - this particular store itself is a reflection of the overal... read more
