Disappointed Roche Bobois is a nice store and the sales people are very helpful. They do cary a brand of furniture by Reflex. This furniture is crap. The glass table I purchased fell apart not once, but twice. Reflex does not stand behind their product and now I am stuck. AVOID REFLEX FURNITURE AT ALL COST!
WORST in Boston! WORST in Boston! We waited 4X longer than had been quoted. After much back and forth via email with the sales person, We stopped in to get to the bottom line. The sales woman was either extremely immature or absurdly unprofessional and rude. While making excuses she could not stop laughing! When she went to consult with her co-worker to "look into it", We could over hear them complaining that they would not stay a minute past closing time!
Expensive but top quality Roche Bobois is a high-end furniture dealer with some very high-end prices. A couch from there could set you back for the same price as the last vehicle you purchased. The quality is amazing though, so if you have the money it is worth it. Twice a year they have a sale, but still expect to pay an arm and a leg for any item you may want.
