Extremely poor communication, poor client service, extreme delays and administrative mistakes. They promote themselves as a Canadian company, yet the way they treated a Canadian customer was unacceptable. Based on my experience and what I have seen in other reviews, this appears to be an ongoing issue. Their actions showed a complete lack of respect for their clients. I would never recommend this business.

Got my 2023 taxes done by Lynne. My whole family has used Roche for years but god rest her soul when Elaine passed away we started doing them ourselves. The last two years my taxes have changed a little so I thought we should go back to Roche. Admittedly Lynne made a $2000 keystroke error. She said she would get back to me yesterday after she talked to her boss. Never heard from her so I called today and her colleague said she would call me back in about 20 minutes. First and last time here! I would leave 0 stars. Fees are outrageous for simple return and for preparers lack of knowledge. I asked a question about income splitting and was told that does not apply to me when it. Now I owe. Called to complain and manager was useless also. Dont waste your $.
Professional, very easy to work with and very accomodative. He is knowledgeable and reliable. Definately continuing with his office.
