Got my 2023 taxes done by Lynne. My whole family has used Roche for years but god rest her soul when Elaine passed away we started doing them ourselves. The last two years my taxes have changed a little so I thought we should go back to Roche. Admittedly Lynne made a $2000 keystroke error. First and last time here! I would leave 0 stars. Fees are outrageous for simple return and for preparers lack of knowledge. I asked a question about income splitting and was told that does not apply to me when it. Now I owe. Called to complain and manager was useless also. Dont waste your $.
Professional, very easy to work with and very accomodative. He is knowledgeable and reliable. Definately continuing with his office.
