My girlfriend received recommendations from several people that this firm is a leading authority on immigration matters. Any time I sent a message or email to Ms. Moody she took several days to respond if at all. When I finally got an appointment to speak with her about our visa interview, she was not even there and didn't even put her face on the camera on the computer. She explained that it is my fault that I have a problem with technology. I don't have a problem using the computer to communicate if there was no other choice. However, it is much more respectful to be physically available for clients.
