Okay so I’ve tried a bunch of aesthetic clinics around Ottawa, and honestly Rocaderm hits different. The vibe is super chill, everyone’s really friendly, and you don’t feel awkward or judged at all. Ms. Rose especially is amazing!!!!! 🫶 so accommodating and actually listens to what you want. They’re not pushy either, like no forcing random treatments on you just to make money. This is the worst place, you have to get a treatment in a closet (so small and claustrophobic ) Honestly don’t waist your money, the treatment looks promising but it’s nothing but a scam and they don’t care if doesn’t work. They will promise results after complete each of them and then they will say it’s your quality of life and dieting , etc… Can’t help myself to feel regret of listening to instagram adds and coming to this place that looks like a lil pharmacy. Ella was amazing at the front desk and had amazing customer service, she was super friendly and very efficient. Anna was amazing with her customer service , assessing my skin and finding what’s best for my skin health and as-well for assessing laser.
