Very supportive and helpful team ... without their help & follow up I couldnt finalize the approved authentications in our country. They reply to every email & question without any delay. I am really thankful everything was done & approved easily in my country.
I paid extra for expedited service and they failed to deliver on time. I was told the turnaround would be 7–9 days, which is why I booked with them. After the 7th day, I had to reach out myself—only then did they clarify that it was actually business days and Fridays didn’t count. This should have been clearly stated upfront. Be more transparent about timelines, especially when people are paying a premium for speed.
As I looked for a company that could help with obtaining the FBI record and apostille while I’m here in Europe, Roca came up a couple of times. When I reached out, Shayla was super responsive and gave clear directions on every step of the process. From there, she was also very helpful and quick with questions at every step of the process. Now I’m here, with everything needed in hand, and feeling really appreciative of all the support along the way. Thank you, all.
I used their services 2 times, the first one was around Christmas. Even a lot of people take off during that time, they had the quickest response I have ever seen. I have just finished my second process. They always respond super fast. Documents arrive on time, no delays. They also have a fantastic rate. Amazing company, service!
One thing about this company - they don't respond to emails right away. So don't zero in on that. It can take them a day to respond to an email. Also, if they don't answer the phone and their mailbox is full - don't worry about that, just call them 15-20 minutes later. But, when they do get to you, they provide EXCELLENT service.
