Excelente servicio
When they first opened in Irondequoit back in 2006 I purchased a microfiber sofa love seat set and it was EXCELLENT quality and lasted years. Just under two years ago however I purchased a sectional that is HORRIBLE quality. In less than two years the faux leather sectional has cracks and slits like the old cheap pleather couches 30yrs ago. It cost me $1300 and I literally lay my head on a pillow every day but you think I wore a Viking helmet due to the damage.
Furniture was taken out of plastic they ripped my couch on top of that the customer service is horrible the delivery fee is outrageous and the delivery drivers are disrespectful. Older gentleman who works in the store with a curled beard I quote said well sometimes it happens and we just have to wait for the manager! Ray the manager is never there and is apparently only worried about his money.the worst experience ever never shopping here again
