I bought a couch set that in less than a year is falling apart. Made them aware of the cushions not being that good and going flat within months of buying the couch was told they would get back to me for replacements. Have never heard anything. The brand source credit card they had me sign up for whack me with $1700 in interest at the one year mark and my payment jumped from $50 a month to $232 a month. At store July 2024, (first time), pleasantly surprised how nice showroom displayed. Lot's of choices- and buying options, great lay away plan. Staff cordial/friendly, owner JD, professional & personable making for a very nice shopping experience. Purchased Sofa Sectional, promptly ordered, delivered and set up. WAS GREAT! If you want to browse, NO high pitch salesmen as soon as you walk through the door, go to ROC Furniture and enjoy! Gloria happy 1st time customer and will continue to shop ROC.
The owner..Dan Stewart was so kind and helped me find exactly what I wanted..other furniture stores pounce on you..they give you time to look and if you don't see what you want..no pressure.. they just say thank you n for stopping by.
