Never in my life have I heard of a place charging a cancellation fee if cancelled before accepting delivery. 50% cancellation fee is absolutely absurd. Plenty of better options and more customer friendly service furnitire stores to go to.
I would give this place a negative five star rate if it was possible. I'm well over 2 years into paying for a $5,000 Furniture loan never missed a payment have paid extra and I still owe close to what I started paying for two years ago. The kicker is the couch that I bought started falling apart within less than 6 months, I brought it to their attention they told me they were going to hook me up with new cushions give me in touch with whoever I needed to get everything fixed and make me happy. Had the worse experience with them I would never buy anything thing from them agian
Buyer beware. My wife and I went into the store to purchase a sofa, we found one that we liked and had ordered it. We were told it would be delivered within a few days but a week to 10 days at most. After a week we were told it would be another 2 weeks. Ultimately my wifes mother who was going to pay for half decided to move out and the spot this sofa was going to go we no longer needed one. One thing I like about Roc city there prices are very reasonable. I'm gonna get my table set, and TV stand, from them. 👍
