The worst company to deal with!! DO NOT DO IT!!! Todd was the rudest person! And they lied the entire time! Had to hire a lawyer. They are out to ruin companies and foreclose not do honorable business! Calculating was completely off and predatory lending for sure! LIES ABOUT DRAW PROCEDURE AND FEES. Horrible to work with

I deal with Adam at Roc and he is terrific and so is the team. I have dealt with many other private lenders for fix/flip or fix/rent out. What I like the best is the draw process. You take your own pictures, it gets reviewed and the wire hits. Sometimes that all happens in one day. No waiting around. Rates and fees are fair and the process seems quite a bit easier the 2nd time around.
