If I could give zero stars I would. This was two months after telling us she would file the extension for us in April. We received this message. “Did you file an Extension? I hope I didn't mess up. I did not file an Extension.” Then proceeded to blame us and say she wasn’t comfortable filing our taxes. Which wouldn’t have been as big of an issue if she actually filed the extension like she said she would.
