The staff at this store is always welcoming and helpful and the Delivery team is exceptional , no one should have any complaints with this team. If not right the crew does go out of their way to make sure it's corrected. Very pleased.

i give them a 3 on my experience, if they honored their 5 year in house warranty id give a 5, i bought a 52'' Hustler lawn mower and a speed Queen washer the same day, over 3K purchase, i paid up for the Speed Queen washer because of the warranty and 4 women behind the counter recommended it, 2 time i have called to have our washer looked at when it had issues, both times i was given reasons they would not be able to send anyone, so i will not be going back or recommending Rice furniture in the future, even though they are v... read more
