Horrible experience. I suffer from stage 4 advanced multilevel spondylosis with bone spurring, most likely nerve compression, painful flares. At first, Robyn offered me a free massage cause money is tight and I thought she was a good person. So a few months later, during an painful flare i asked her if we could schedule. I am training for my 6th marathon and was going in to see Robyn to help alleviate sore leg muscles from training. Yesterday morning I woke up with an impingement in my left shoulder. I could not bend my arm without wincing and could barely lift patients at work (I am a nurse). I had my first appointment with Robyn today and it was amazing! She is very knowledgeable of anatomy and proper body mechanics. Her space is comfortable and inviting. She is also very strong and I asked for lighter pressure, which she was happy to offer me. If you are looking for a great massage therapist in Gulf Breeze or surrounding areas, I would highly recommend Robyn.
