We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

The facility is clean and has a lot of fun activities for its residents. The nurses and staff are really good!
The nurses and leadership are excellent here. They take great care of their patients. I would not hesitate to send my loved one here.
This is a horrible place. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE THERE. My mom was there for two days and was only changed once a day. And they kept some of her meds!!! It stinks in there patients walking all over the place all nursing staff just at the nurses station. Moms urinated night gown just sitting on the night stand totally soaked. It's a shit show!!
The is the worst place to take a loved one. The nursing staff are just worried about spending time together at the nurses station and not paying attention to their patients. They need to understand their responsibilities as being a CNA. How can they think it’s okay to change a pamper once a day.. and leave urinated clothes laying around the room! And even worse knowing our mother was lying in bed wet from urine and water and did Nothing!!! This place needs to be shut down My family is blessed that she only has to stay there ... read more
