We called Rob because we had a super early flight leaving from the Santa Fe airport and were worried we wouldn’t find a ride so early. We called the day before our flight, he answered quickly, and was able to confirm a time and place to pick us up the next morning. He even sent a text after to confirm our ride. Rob was fantastic! He was reliable, great with communication, and flexible when my flight was delayed. He was friendly and shared a lot of helpful and interesting information about Santa Fe. The ride was super comfortable.

I made a reservation with another car service only to find out I made it in the wrong day. The other car service wasn’t going to be able to get me to the sunport until 5a. At 2:45 this morning I texted Rob because I needed to be at the Sunport by 4a. He answered immediately and picked me up within 5 minutes. (Like a miracle!). The ride was great and we had a very pleasant conversation. I would recommend this service to anyone at anytime!!!!

Need a reliable ride? Rob's Rides is all you need. He's been hauling our friends and family (up to 8 wild and crazy adults at a time) to the Santa Fe Opera for many years. Always personable, clean, comfortable, top-shelf ride. He always takes good care of us and will take good care of you, too.

He saved me at 4am when my uber showed up with drunk passengers already in it! I tried calling New Mexico Black car LLC and the guy said “good luck” and hung up. I called Rob at 4:02 and he was there by 4:25 and got me to the airport with time to spare. Thank you so much for kind excellent service in my time of need!!
