There is only one main GP at this practice. He is very condescending and patronising. He tells you off, if you’re late - even, if there are temporary traffic lights, (40-50 cars waiting), when everyone was talking about this! He has a horrible smirk, when you leave the surgery. He’s not a nice, genuine person at all. He will only deal with one issue and keeps saying, you don’t meet NHS criteria! This man should NOT be a GP! I have nothing but good things to say about this GP surgery and over a long period of time(since 1980) . Both my doctors (Murray and Thompson) the nurses and the reception staff have been excellent to me and my family and very caring indeed.
Shocking receptionists... amazing doctors really care and take thier time, cant say the same for receptionists... dont bother trying to explain what the problem is like it advices when you ring up just book the appointment absolutely useless
