Great course. Good looking community and amenities. 19th hole is first class.
We moved in September 1st 2023. We have had nothing but a good experience here. I'd like to take the time to address some of the other reviews here. When we purchased our home, we were given a window of 13-15 months. No problem and we moved in 15 months later. There were a few issues during construction, but they were addressed promptly and adequately. So far, we have no issues with the quality of our home. This is a tough one. I had a home built here. It was NOT a good experience. Took 13 months, but there were NO COVID DELAYS. Superintendent lacks skills relating to customers. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A NEW HOUSE AT ROBSON RANCH. That being said, buying a resale home gets you in where you can then enjoy the luxury living and everything that RR offers. HOA fees are high.
