Mike picked me and my car up on the side of a busy highway. He was great, made me feel much better about the whole situation, and could tell me what was wrong with the car for when it got a shop. Amazing service and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
Marcus picked us up on the turnpike after spinning around in the rain and having my 2 kids who were so scared. He was so kind. And then Orlando when I went to clean out the car afterwards was so compassionate and genuine. Bad situation with the accident but great experience.
Robs towing doesn’t treat they black drivers or customers good charged this lady $140 for a tire change in the middle of the day
I waited 2.5 hours for my insurance roadside assistance that never showed. I called Rob's and had someone show up in 15 minutes. Got me baco on the road within the half hour. Awesome!!!!
