We broke down on our motorcycle last night and the woman we spoke to said about an hour, well the driver was there way sooner. Extremely nice and made sure we got our bike and ourselves home safely. I didn’t get his name but give this man a raise!!
Excellent service! I got a flat on the Turnpike at 6:00 AM. I paid over the phone. They got a truck out to me in 25 mins. The driver was very nice and did a great job. Thank you Rob's!!!!!
One of their tow truck drivers ran me off the road. I was tryin to merge onto 309 like I do everyday, and this guy thought it would be a good idea to speed up so I couldn’t get on. As there was another huge truck with a shipping container on it in front of him, he left me nowhere to go and ran me into the shoulder. He then proceeded to roll down the window and blow me a kiss. We had to have our 40 ft. Motorhome towed this past weekend. We were in a campground in Dorothy, NJ and we needed it towed to Freightliner in Bridgeton, NJ. I was so worried about how the tow truck driver was going to get the motorhome out of our space and around 2 pretty tight corners and over railroad tracks to get on the main road. Joe was our driver and he was EXCELLENT! I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge to get us towed out and to Bridgeton.
