Big Mike was a lifesaver! My mom, who was in the car with me, called him our “Turnpike Angel.” We were heading east on the Turnpike when I got a nail in my tire. My roadside assistance estimated it would take about two hours for help to arrive, so my mom called 911, and they sent Mike to us. This is the most unpleasant company you could ever encounter. I was in an accident, and the police called them. First of all, their prices are outrageous, and they tack on a ton of fees. Secondly, the administrative staff are the rudest, most unpleasant people imaginable; they speak to you as if they’re doing you a favor rather than providing a paid service. Finally, you pay to have your vehicle taken to a specific location, but the tow truck drivers just want to do whatever they please they try to drop the vehicle off where... read more

Mike picked me and my car up on the side of a busy highway. He was great, made me feel much better about the whole situation, and could tell me what was wrong with the car for when it got a shop. Amazing service and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
