I had just bought a work van, on my way back home it broke down. Carlos was kind enough to see me on the side of the road to assist me in getting the help I needed. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness. Mike came to tow the van and was a pleasure to work with! Super nice and professional. Great company, with fantastic employees

I would like to give Robs towing company a special shout out, my experience with this company has been absolutely pleasant. I would also like to personally thank BARB, she was very kind to me and allowed me to use the restroom and was very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you BARB. Also I would like to personally thank John Hoffman, this guy was awesome, his knowledge, experience, honesty, & transparency was unmatched and unbelievable. He was a very special guy, I wish him all well in life.

Had to get my car towed from a PPA lot due to a combination hit-and-run damaging my car's wheel and PPA impounding my car from a sudden temporary no-parking-zone on my street. Rob's Towing was far faster than the towing companies my insurance attempted to contact; Barbara was extremely courteous on the phone, and Big Mike was extremely helpful, professional, and authentic with helping me get my car towed to a repair shop. Big Mike was a lifesaver! My mom, who was in the car with me, called him our “Turnpike Angel.” We were heading east on the Turnpike when I got a nail in my tire. My roadside assistance estimated it would take about two hours for help to arrive, so my mom called 911, and they sent Mike to us. From the moment he arrived, he kept us calm during what was a very scary situation. His positive energy was contagious and immediately put our nerves at ease.
