Very easy and friendly.
I called for service and asked the total of cost to jump my semi, but was told they wouldn't know until work was done. The guy came, jumped my truck and was done. Job took 30 seconds. I fill out credit card info...and get bill for $645.40 (3 hrs labor $180 an hr., service call $50, tolls $20 and state TX $35.40). We broke down on our motorcycle last night and the woman we spoke to said about an hour, well the driver was there way sooner. Extremely nice and made sure we got our bike and ourselves home safely. I didn’t get his name but give this man a raise!!
Excellent service! I got a flat on the Turnpike at 6:00 AM. I paid over the phone. They got a truck out to me in 25 mins. The driver was very nice and did a great job. Thank you Rob's!!!!!
