My car broke down on New Years Day. Through Jeep the wait was almost 2 hours. I called Rob’s and they were so nice and honest. They told me half an hour and they were there in 35 minutes. I was super impressed at that. Elliot was the driver that came. What a great kid. I had my 7 year old with me and he was so good with him. Explained what all the buttons were and just all around very kind to him and me. To say expensive, it wouldn’t be a complaint but rather a description of the tow industry in general. They got me out of a jam, they were friendly, apologetic when they ran a little late and honest. In the end also the charges were reasonable and not over charging. Glad i got my equipment off of the road on an icy night.

My tow truck driver Gary was the best! Made what could have been a very stressful experience super easy and helped this girl out! Trustworthy reliable and surprisingly timely! Great experience! Thank you Gary!
