I was stranded on the road due to a flat tire from hitting a pot hole. I called Robs towing for assistance. They had someone out in less than an hour. He put my donut on, told me the sidewall is shredded and I need a new tire. He asked me where I was going and gave me driving instructions and speeds to drive on the donut Ashe could see I was frazzled. I recently had one of my vehicles towed here after it decided life as an engine was overrated and completely blew itself up. The guys took a look, ran a full diagnostic, and confirmed the bad news — the engine was toast. Instead of giving me the typical runaround, they actually walked me through a few options: repair, scrap it, or trade it toward another vehicle. I had an excellent experience with Rob's. Gary saved me from being stranded on the PA turnpike. He was courteous and fast.
