Excellent service! I got a flat on the Turnpike at 6:00 AM. I paid over the phone. They got a truck out to me in 25 mins. The driver was very nice and did a great job. Thank you Rob's!!!!!

One of their tow truck drivers ran me off the road. I was tryin to merge onto 309 like I do everyday, and this guy thought it would be a good idea to speed up so I couldn’t get on. As there was another huge truck with a shipping container on it in front of him, he left me nowhere to go and ran me into the shoulder. He then proceeded to roll down the window and blow me a kiss. We had to have our 40 ft. Motorhome towed this past weekend. We were in a campground in Dorothy, NJ and we needed it towed to Freightliner in Bridgeton, NJ. I was so worried about how the tow truck driver was going to get the motorhome out of our space and around 2 pretty tight corners and over railroad tracks to get on the main road. My experience with Rob's towing was nothing short of professional and thoughtful. I wish I remembered the employee's name...for the owner, please share my praise with your 3rd shift employee who came to Lancaster on 6/8 at 2:00 AM. My Tesla Model Y has a dead 12v battery unexpectedly at 9:00 PM in Lancaster, PA. Having my Tesla towed was a major concern just because so many things can go wrong. From beginning to end, Rob’s was a god send. Holiday weekend, on the way to the lake, the boat trailer axle blew out on a busy road. After calling another local company & being laughed at, I called rob’s. Samantha worked through the issue with me over the phone & had a veteran driver out in less than an hour. Driver Jim called and asked a few questions to prepare his tools before coming out. Jim got the boat and trailer loaded safely & got it in the water for us.
