I used to take reviews and posts about the attitude of staff with a grain of salt; I'd never experienced it myself - until tonight. I popped in roughly 10 minutes to closing on NYE to grab three small things for the night. Three. I knew where they were. A staff member at the door asked, "one to two items?" I say yes.
