I used to take reviews and posts about the attitude of staff with a grain of salt; I'd never experienced it myself - until tonight. This store has amazing staff! They always work so quickly, thank you for all that you do. Today I needed to exchange a piece of defective cookware and they made it easy, despite how busy it was. Thanks again!
I recently visited No Frills and had an experience that left me feeling disappointed and discriminated against. When I finished my shopping, the staff at the self-checkout informed me that carts were not allowed there and asked me to go to the cashier by the nearest till. When I approached that cashier, Christina, she refused to serve me right in front of me, without any explanation. I felt shocked and embarrassed by her behaviour.
