Jessica completely missed the mark on literally everything we were asking for on our Mexico hotel. So disappointed. Maybe don't book people hotels if you haven't personally been there. Food, staff, location, layout.. all a complete miss.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I do not feel that Tammie tried to get my 88 year old dad even a partial refund as he fell sick and unable to travel. He was ONE day past the deadline and they wouldn’t even offer him 50% back. She still gets her commission though. GREAT JOB 👏 😡
Tammie was incredible to work with! She helped plan my families first ever Disney cruise. She had so much knowledge and shared some amazing tips that made our experience even better! She was always very responsive and even sent a note before our departure and after, checking up on us. Highly recommend!
