Tracey was hard working and meticulous at booking flights to obscure out of the way places ! When I had to cancel she was so kind and hardworking. To me , as a computer illiterate, she was a miracle worker ! Tracey could book a ticket to the moon if you asked her ! Lovely lady ! ! !
I'm so disappointed. This was my first time actually trying to use a travel agent to book a group trip. I tried to contact via email and phone after i didn't hear back for weeks, left voice-mails also. Wouldn't recommend them at all. Just a glimpse of how hard it would be for future communication if something happened on the trip. I'm shocked they would dodge the opportunity on a group trip.
Jessica completely missed the mark on literally everything we were asking for on our Mexico hotel. So disappointed. Maybe don't book people hotels if you haven't personally been there. Food, staff, location, layout.. all a complete miss.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I do not feel that Tammie tried to get my 88 year old dad even a partial refund as he fell sick and unable to travel. He was ONE day past the deadline and they wouldn’t even offer him 50% back. She still gets her commission though. GREAT JOB 👏 😡
