You need to train more your cashier, slow in processing the check out, especially on your baby section, she asked if i had my go rewards and i said yes, while i was waiting for the app to load she already finished the transaction thus fails to input my point, almost 10k worth of milk. Sayang yung points. Really disappointed with the skills of your cashier.
