The staff’s customer service attitude is extremely poor. The cashiers, security guards, and all other staff keep customers waiting while they chat among themselves. I have never once been thanked when making a payment.
Tried calling at least 10 times today and every time they would pick up and drop the call immediately. If you don’t want people calling, maybe DON’T PUBLISH A PHONE NUMBER?
