This review is specifically about the ladies’ underwear (bras) section. I was there late afternoon of February 20th. I was disappointed by both the policy and the level of customer service. Customers are required to try bras over their tops, directly in front of staff, not inside the fitting room due to “hygiene reasons.” While I understand the importance of hygiene, the process felt uncomfortable and not customer-friendly.
