I’m extremely disappointed with this business this year. I’ve been bringing my taxes here for years and even recommended them to others. However, they failed to file my taxes and didn’t even attempt to call to say a different route needed to be followed. This lack of communication and responsibility has left me no choice but to find a more reliable and attentive tax service.
Great people who know there stuff when it comes to taxes and very quick
We have came here for a few years now without an issue, but this year has been the worst experience. We had our taxes done by Nancy, who made a few mistakes. We were told they were taken care of, however its now mid August and we still have not received our tax return. When asked why all she keeps saying is that they are still reviewing them. I think 3 months or more is more then enough time to review. So upsetting!!!!
We’ve been going here for many years. Won’t be changing anytime soon. Wonderful service & staff!
