This comes with a heavy heart. My grandfather 84 has been caught in a love/inheritance scam giving away well over $150,000 then opening multiple credit cards, personal loans and finally pulling out a mortgage on his house from Key Bank. I was able to gain full control of his finances, gain durable and specific POA on his assets. After being thrown around for three months by Key Bank trying to pay the mortgage we were contacted via FedEx with a package. Robinson Tait is accommodating the crooked banks in assisting the theft of our homes. Therefore, making this joke of a lawfirm even worse than the crooked banks. How do these attorneys sleep at night? How can the judges look these crooks in the eye, knowing they're are liars, and rule for the bank? Gross injustice going on.
Very shady company! Also known as RTS, Pacific. Be careful if your mortgage is owned or your servicer is being represented by either of these companies!
