Robinson team went above and beyond to deliver 4 bedroom sets. They clearly communicated expectations, status, and delivered on their commitment on-time. We followed up with an additional purchase of a couch and box springs in-store and they helped get all of the furniture in the truck with care on the spot. Extremely down to earth and friendly team. Great to work with. They are now our go-to furniture store even though they 45 minutes away with many other nearby options.
Update December 2025: We got our furniture delivered yesterday. Everything is in pristine condition, exactly as ordered. We got lots of updates prior to delivery to keep us informed about anticipated arrival date, installation expectations, etc. The team who came to install was on time, professional, and did great work. We are working with Cayla at Robinsons Outlet on a large furniture order. We started out working with a different furniture retailer in the region that has the same initials, but it was a nightmare experience. Its a breath of air so far working with Robinsons instead and the difference in shopping with a family business has been clear and much better so far.
