Special thanks to Dawn, who genuinely cares about her clients and approaches difficult situations with empathy and understanding.
Poor Customer Service. Dawn, the Paralegal, who returned my call regarding a message I left for the lawyer yesterday was extremely rude, had no patience to listen after she asked a question, then hung up on me after I asked her to pause and take a breath. Again, Dawn, in short was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful.

I used Matt in order to purchase an investment property. Matt was invaluable.
