My daughter was sent a letter to phone and make an appointment for physiotherapy related to her pregnancy. Despite making repeated phone calls to the number provided, you are met with a recorded message saying that they only deal with calls on Monday to Friday between 9 and 4. She has been ringing the number between these hours however but getting no response. Is it any wonder patients get exasperated and the health service gets criticised???
