UPDATE: The firm responded by sending threatening emails and filing a complaint seeking damages over this review. My initial intake call with Flor was positive and professional. Unfortunately, the process deteriorated from there. I had a consultation scheduled with the attorney, but only the case manager attended. She was unable to answer my questions about case strategy and success rates. I was promised follow-up materials that never arrived.
