It was a pleasure meeting the couple running this operation. They squeezed us in for a repair on our son’s scooter and gave us a tour of their very cool e-bikes. They do custom work too. Worth checking them out!!
I was running out of luck finding a replacement switch for my new build. The only one I could find wasn't an exact replacement and it was going to take 3 weeks to arrive. Not to mention more exspensive. I got in touch with Robinson Cycles. I emailed Jay and he was awesome. Fast response and incredibly helpful. 10 stars if I could. You have a new customer. I wreck all the time!!!
So glad to have found this shop! They are very knowledgeable about Ebikes! Helped us determine the best trike bike for my wife and learned how to better maintain my ebike. Our go to now.
I have an SDream e-bike that’s no longer made and the manufacturer went out of business. The computer/display was broken so I ordered a replacement from Robinson Cycle on eBay. I didn’t read the description closely enough so I didn’t realize what I ordered wasn’t compatible. I contacted them and they had me send it back so they could load the firmware for my bike - all at no additional cost. This is the definition of going above and beyond. Great service and I’d absolutely recommend them!
I was amazed at Robinson Cycle’s offerings of e-bike parts and how quick they had me back on the road.
