Always liked Robins kitchen. They always have some knickknack that makes life easier in the kitchen.
Walked out as I stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes a lady finally walked over didn't say anything to me and proceeded to serve someone behind me. No customer service at all won't be going back
Not happy! Neither with the product nor service. Purchased a couple of non-stick pans with a lifetime warranty only to find out the coating started to peal off and stick to our food and the warranty did not include the coating. We cared for the pan as per instructions too. Staff’s immediate response was nothing we can do. The manager admitted that she wouldn’t risk her health cooking with a pan like that, but refused to refund us. $219 down the drain. What a joke.
