In store at Rockhampton were eager to sell a frypan, but not to follow through with a warranty issue of the pan being out of shape as 2 lids were not fitting properly. Was never told this at time of purchase. Staff are patronising, particularly to men. Will never buy overpriced items from Robin's Kitchen ever again.
Bought expensive products from this shop that are faulty. Non-Stick Pans that stick better than super glue! Don’t waist your money in this store. The staff are not friendly or courteous and put the blame on the customer for any manufacturer fault.
No refunds is the first word out of the staffs mouths when you have a complaint. Really puts into perspective how the company runs as a whole. Do you even know what consumer rights are ? This really shows how much faith you have in your product and customers
