5 out of 5 customer service special manager is super lovely super wonderful. I accidentally break a glass on her and she did not charge me which was quite lovely and really considerate really helpful and really genuine people.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in there for a refund as per their refund policy and like many of the other reviews on here I was denied. Interesting that this is a common occurrence. Karolina lied to me and told me I could not even get store credit and that I had to exchange it for something then and there. I did not have anything I wanted to get in exchange and request a store credit instead so I could have time to decide. A less than transparent pricing policy. I purchased this item only recently for under $160, and this store would have you believe it is now miraculously 60% off, as per the photo, for $149.99. This is a nonsense.
