Great atmosphere to shop at! I suppose this is more of a review of the staff because I just wanted to say thank you to the lady who spoke to me and gave genuine advice. Her customer service is top tier. I didn’t catch her name but I believe I went on Thursday 16th April on a late night after work. I just felt so comfortable as I told her I was furnishing my new place and needed knives, pots/pans etc. I normally feel so stressed talking to people but she showed me a few options whilst considering my budget and needs balancing... read more
5 out of 5 customer service special manager is super lovely super wonderful. I accidentally break a glass on her and she did not charge me which was quite lovely and really considerate really helpful and really genuine people.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in there for a refund as per their refund policy and like many of the other reviews on here I was denied. Interesting that this is a common occurrence. Karolina lied to me and told me I could not even get store credit and that I had to exchange it for something then and there. I did not have anything I wanted to get in exchange and request a store credit instead so I could have time to decide. Terrible rude staff, would never buy from here again. If you have a question don’t bother asking a staff member buy online from another retailers!
