I came into this store last week and was immediately impressed by how amazing and inviting the atmosphere was! The lovely sales assistant, Karoline, was so kind, friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the products and approachable, making the whole experience so enjoyable. She is exactly the kind of person you want working in retail! I will definitely be returning. 5 out of 5 customer service special manager is super lovely super wonderful. I accidentally break a glass on her and she did not charge me which was quite lovely and really considerate really helpful and really genuine people.

She told me she could not do that, when I bought up the policy as per the website she told me... read more
Terrible rude staff, would never buy from here again. If you have a question don’t bother asking a staff member buy online from another retailers!
