Had a fantastic experience at Robins Kitchen in Domain! A huge thank you to the manager, Toni, for helping me choose the perfect 10-piece cookware set. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but what really made the visit special was her lovely, bubbly personality. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re looking for quality kitchenware and genuine, friendly service, definitely go see her. Highly recommend!
Nothing short of 5 stars. My time going to robins store and essentially buying everything I needed for when I moved out was nothing short of a pleasure purely because of Toni. Toni not only uses products from the store but was also very good at making sure we didn't spend an insane amount of money. Toni was cheerful and a delight to have guide us even though she had to work throughout the Christmas period. This woman is absolutely the golden standard for all staff among the robins chains. Could not be more thankful to Toni, what a credit to the company she is. So kind and know the products really well. Offered a solution to a product issue and also walked us through the most appropriate pots to buy for our needs.
