Paid for a frying pan on Saturday,too big for us so took it back on Sunday to return it.... No refund she said, so I've now got a store credit of $150 that I'll never use.... the public should be informed if there's a no refund policy prior to buying... I'll never go back and I'll make sure everyone hears about this corporate rip-off... Disgraceful
I can not fault the help provided from the sales team at Kotara, Robins Kitchen! Julie listened to my needs, took the time to understand them, and provided comparisons between the 2 sets of 3 pans I was in need of urgently. Superior knowledge of her products, which has left me with no doubt in my mind of making the right choice. Could not fault the amazing service I received from the staff at Kotara today . I had a “ messy “ return that involved another store where had purchased 2 dinner sets and unfortunately did not fit in my dishwasher ! I did not catch the staff members name but suffice to say she went above and beyond to help me choose what I needed including phone calls to the other store and updating me on the situation. Thank you for your professional service !!
Just had a phone conversation with Julie at Kotara about a pan issue , she was so lovely and very helpful, cannot recommend these guys enough doesn’t matter who serves you they are all very helpful , great bunch of girls great service ❤️😊
