I can not fault the help provided from the sales team at Kotara, Robins Kitchen! Julie listened to my needs, took the time to understand them, and provided comparisons between the 2 sets of 3 pans I was in need of urgently. Superior knowledge of her products, which has left me with no doubt in my mind of making the right choice. Could not fault the amazing service I received from the staff at Kotara today . I had a “ messy “ return that involved another store where had purchased 2 dinner sets and unfortunately did not fit in my dishwasher ! I did not catch the staff members name but suffice to say she went above and beyond to help me choose what I needed including phone calls to the other store and updating me on the situation. Thank you for your professional service !!

We come in 2 weeks ago and my sister bought a 2 pack of soup mugs for $10.00 on clearance sale , The young lady working was friendly and helpful towards us and it was really good that customers are allowed to now pay by cash again which is very helpful, I will be using these mugs over the next couple of days to have my cans of soup 🍜, We have to come back and buy a few items we have been looking at for a while now .
