I visited the store the other week with my wife. She picked up a knife from the hanger to purchase, and after about 20 seconds, a small lock piece fell to the ground. The staff member at the counter immediately started yelling at my wife, asking, “Did you take that off?” and gave us looks as if we were trying to steal something — even though we were standing right at the counter ready to pay. Customer service was terrible, the young man and lady made me feel like I was stealing something, treat your customers the way you want to be treated.
Went in to get a new pan and the guy that served me was very open and gave me good advice.
