It’s honestly beyond frustrating. It’s been three whole months just to get a broken pan replaced. We’ve been incredibly patient, but today was the final straw. We went in yet again, hoping to finally get the handle fixed, only to be told the supplier sent the wrong part. Instead of simply replacing the whole thing, which would’ve been the decent and reasonable solution at this point. We were told to come back another day. After all this time and back-and-forth, it’s honestly disappointing how poorly this has been handled.
What a stellar experience I had when visiting the store to buy some stir fry pans . Reagan helped us with the selection. Commendable gentlemen he is . Very knowledgeable and passionate about his job . Thank you for the amazing service

Store manager was very rude and condescending. Customer service was absolutely disgusting. Apparently it's consumer law and a privacy violation to even look up your own account!. I rang prior to coming in about the second baking dish I had purchased that was faulty and was told to bring it in and I would be helped. Complete opposite the store manager insinuating I dropped the baking dish when its clearly a crack from heating in the oven (a faulty product). Just absolute horrendous customer service and feeling very ripped off... read more
