Went in to buy a pot, lady gave me all my options and I left a very satisfied customer.
Went in today and the only lady there was on her phone having a good yarn, I wanted to ask for help and stood by her for a while but she was too busy chatting away, ended up just walking out, very unprofessional

When returning a faulty item, manager of this store was rude and disrespectful. Due to her attitude, I will be buying my kitchen products in a different store in the future.
