Staff were friendly and helpful but not quiet as helpful if you are returning something but still good lots to choose from
Kylie was so lovely and helpful today. I was looking for a specific set of pink steak knives which are not been made anymore and she offered me a solution which worked!!! Thankyou for your help and I love my new replacement ones! Thanks for making me so welcome and being so helpful!!
Customer service is very average and they didnt seem to care that we had quality issues with the products we had purchased. Misleading signage and sales but according to the shop assistant, mis-labelled sale offers are not their problem. Nevermind, I found the item I was after at the misrepresented sale price online from the manufacturer.
