I am a repeat customer, but since buying a baccarat 10 cup rice cooker that doesn't work, undercooks and burns the rice and being told that I am using it wrong (even though there is only one button). They won't refund a faulty product (they just keep blaming myself for incorrectly using it. Therefore, turning me into a was a repeat customer. Will not go here again!!!
