Employee in Gray branch told me there would be no early withdrawal penalty if I put my money in their cd with a terrible interest rate. I later found another bank offering way more interest and took the money out early and RFCU hit me with a substantial early withdrawal penalty. Don't trust what they tell you to your face, read all the fine print. Try to bank elsewhere if possible.
