Today, I had a disappointing experience at the Robins Financial Credit Union location in Forsyth GA. This was my first time visiting this particular branch. Each month I complete a simple member-to-member transfer, and normally the process is quick and straightforward. I provide my ID and debit card, and the transaction is completed without issue. When you want to deposit 15k they won’t need ID, but when you want to take out 1k you need ID. Does that make any sense. 2 star just cause Ms Diana works there, she’s the best!!
