This was a great bank when you could talk to the amazing people they have, but now they force you to talk to “Robin” their AI rep and because of this, I’m beyond done! I have a serious issue but I can not get anyone on the phone. I live out of state and can’t visit a location. As soon as my matter is solved, I’m transferring my money and selling my car so I don’t have to deal with this.
