I spent 2 days and spoke to 10 to 15 different people in customer support online trying to get a problem solved for my mother. I called and spoke to Ben and he solved the problem within 20 minutes. I could have saved myself so much frustration if I just waited for his return 😩 Thank you so much Ben for excellent customer service.
I enjoy banking here and I’ve had great customer service so far up until yesterday… I’m usually not one to complain but I had a lady helping me out and she had such a bad attitude with me and maybe she was just having a bad day if that’s the case I’m sorry and I hope it got better..but it was uncalled for to be rude to me
