Half the time my online account to account transfers don't go through. Also, how are you supposed to get any information when no branches answer the phone. Very frustrating.

I've had this bank for a couple of years now but it seems lately their ATM machine is broken more than Mcdonalds ice cream machine 🤦‍♀️

Never bank with this financial unit as first of all they are not associated with the FDIC which means if the bank goes bankrupt, your money is gone. All their transactions when used outside the state of Georgia goes into this Fraud blocking and when you try to call their number, the supporting staff are the worst you would ever come across. No politeness, racist if they know you are not from this country and never will give you a reason on why the problem has occurred.
