I called today concerning mobile check deposit and spoke with Ebony in the call center. She was not very pleasant at all. If I called, I obviously needed someone to explain something to me that I didn't understand like your process for instance. I should not have to pull out of you what I need when I'm clearly asking about your process. She definitely did not want to be at work today and if this is her attitude or demeanor everyday then she is bad for business.
