Hard to deal with.
I called today concerning mobile check deposit and spoke with Ebony in the call center. She was not very pleasant at all. If I called, I obviously needed someone to explain something to me that I didn't understand like your process for instance. I should not have to pull out of you what I need when I'm clearly asking about your process. She definitely did not want to be at work today and if this is her attitude or demeanor everyday then she is bad for business.
Keep a close eye on CD accounts they will gouge your eyes out to renew
Warning: This is not a bank for investors or small businesses. They only care about making the best deal for themselves and not creating a long term and win win business relationship. They are a one deal and done type bank. They will change terms/strategies at the last minute without notice and they have zero customer service on the commercial lending side.
