I really hate leaving a bad review on a business but I cannot in good conscience just let this go and let others possibly go through the same ordeal. Let me just start with saying that I came to Robin to do my taxes right before Covid and used him until 2025, so I am not just a one time use guy. Robin will get you a good refund and find ways to lower your tax burden, no argument there. The problem is that I don't think that in that entire time Robin has ever done anything on time. Robin is the BEST at what he does, period! You won't find a better tax preparer around. I've been using him since 2001, and he's always delivered. I have always trusted him completely with my self employed taxes. He also has a photographic memory, and it always fascinates me how he can carry on a conversation about whatever, reminisce about old times....all while doing my taxes perfectly.

We have been going to Robin for about the past 6 years. In the past this had always been been a positive experience. He is very personable and clearly very good at his job. With each year we have had to wait longer and longer to file our taxes which we didn’t mind because of our past experiences. However, this year, we dropped off our documents as requested by the office, one week prior to the appointment time as we had obligations that prevented us from being there in person while he went through our taxes.
