We had her the past few times over the span of 7 years - she is our 'go to' loan consultant. She is very knowledgeable, listens and takes the time to go through numbers and explain processes through phone or email. She is very pleasant and responsive - she even called us when she was on vacation to make sure everything was going smoothly and to make sure that we had what we needed. She also has a large network of other folks on speed dial for realtors, bridge loans, etc. so that is also very helpful!
