I had a lovely experience at this location! The Staff is competent and friendly. I will definitely book with them for my next hearing test :)
I was diagnosed with mild hearing loss. I was investigating getting hearing aids with this location where I’d seen a nice and helpful person. I went in and a different woman said to me with a puzzled look on her face “why are you doing this?” like I was wasting her time. So I left and canceled my appointment with them. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
