Recepionsit thinks she owns the company. Do not go here ! 5000 dollars for hearing aids is a scam. Oh eldery people are vulnerable so suceptable to this scam. Benny Hinn is selling holy water that cures all too ?I think most people with hearing issues are elder types. Remeber the water testing scams. Same stuff .do not go to Winchester !!

I've been here a few times with my mom and it's previously been a great place to visit. The new audiologist is very pleasant and seemed to know what she was doing. The new receptionist by contrast, is one of the rudest human beings I have ever interacted with. Literally speaking poorly about the other people in hearing shot of visitors to the clinic. We went today for my grandmother's hearing appointment at the Winchester location. The doctors were fantastic and very nice however both receptionists were extremely unprofessional by making fun of other patients on the phone with colleagues and with each other within earshot with everyone in the waiting room. I was horrified by their behavior. I'm hoping my next experience will be better.
